Prestige Services, LLC provides residential and commercial construction services in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We specialize in interior and exterior remodeling. Our core business includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, additions, decks, siding, windows, and roofing.
On the front lines of Prestige Services, you will serve as a valuable member of our team because you will be the core line of communication that ensures information flows effective throughout the organization.
Development: This position provides ample opportunity for job growth and development. This is an intermediate level position that is expected, with time and training, to grow into managerial position.

Job Responsibilities:
· Answers phones and serves as point of contact for clients and vendors
· Processes new leads for new job requests
· Schedules estimates
· Schedules projects start dates
· Collects client payments
· Provides communication with project managers and other staff to relay customer and vendor information
· Maintains project calendar in Outlook
· Maintains project timeline spreadsheets
· Enters data for daily expenses relating to projects to ensure effective job costing
· Runs occasional office errands for office needs
· Other duties as assigned
Job Competencies:
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proficient communication skills verbal and written
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks preferred but not required
Job Specifications:
· High school diploma
· At least three years of office/administration preferred
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to pass a background check
· Ability to pass a drug screen
Detail:
· Working hours M-F 8:00pm-4:30pm
· All major holidays paid
· This is not a remote position; candidate is required to report to the office 5 days a week
· Candidate must be able to sit for longer periods of time
