WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Healthcare Data Analyst position requires a combination of technical skills, analytical skills and communication skills. This position requires the ability to provide information immediately and develop solutions to answer business questions, and challenges, in a formalized readily available way. The Healthcare Data Analyst must be able to extract meaning from large and complex data sets, identify patterns and trends, and effectively communicate their findings to individuals such as customers, stakeholders, and internal team members who may not have a technical background.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our business teams, product managers, subject matter experts, and the rest of the data team to analyze and surface valuable data/transformations/insights/metrics used to improve patient outcomes
- Deliver reports/visualizations to internal groups and customers that provide clear visibility for ways to improve patient care and capture operational/financial opportunities
- Collaborate with data engineers to define, design and validate data pipelines that pull, integrate and transform data from Practice Management, Electronic Health Records, and other sources/systems
- Analyze opportunities for our data applications to better identify/navigate patients and work with our product teams to design resulting solutions
This position pays $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

- Self-starter that thrives in a remote-only work environment, being able to communicate effectively both synchronously and asynchronously
- Passionate about digging into large, disparate data sources and communicating findings/insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 3 years in a data role within the healthcare space
- Strong SQL skills, e.g., joins, aggregate functions, subqueries, data cleaning/shaping
- Excel proficiency, e.g., functions like XLOOKUP, Excel tables, PowerPivot/PowerQuery
- Familiar with visualization tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Qlik
- Authorization to work in the United States
