Job Summary

Price Benowitz, LLP currently has an opening for a Personal Injury Attorney to join their personal injury/medical malpratice team. The attorney will be representing plaintiffs with injury and malpractice matters in the DC metropolitan area. This attorney will work directly with the head of the litigation department to ensure that our clients are provided the representation they deserve. We are committed to hiring attorneys that are passionate about helping people, have a 'no job too-big or too-small' mentality and understand that a person's experience with the firm does not begin and end in the court room. Price Benowitz invests in the success and growth of the firm by hiring staff that not only understand the law but also understand the real-world impact that people face when they are going through a legal matter. Qualifications and Skills

• Must have of litigation experience.
• Must have Personal Injury experience as an attorney.
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with the plaintiff side of above mentioned practice areas. and familiar with the rules and processes of the jurisdictions the firm covers.
• Must be proficient with handling high volumes of cases.
• Must be an active member and in good standing with the DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar.
• Experience with depositions and trials preferred.
• Must have a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Possess a demonstrated history of excellence in their career, as well as a passion for serving clients.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organization skills and the ability to not only communicate well but to fully grasp real-life implications that these cases have on our clients.
