The Network Human Capital Operations Team provides support to the Network PwC Technology and Network Information Security Teams to drive efficiency, consistency and transformation within the Human Capital Function. The team also delivers technical enhancements in the delivery of key initiatives across the broader Network Human Capital teams supporting other Network functions.

- Providing strategic and innovative solutions by leveraging research and analytical skills;
- Demonstrates knowledge in technologies such as PowerAutomate and PowerPlatform, Alteryx, data visualization tools, and HC systems;
- Learning and enhancing knowledge of current business issues to deliver results and develop process improvement strategies;
- Understanding business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements while using innovative thought leadership in the creation of solutions;
- Applying problem-solving and business analysis, including exhibiting flexibility to navigate through unanticipated situations;

- Utilizing excel and google sheets, including using and applying advanced features;
- Creating and manipulating PivotTables and PivotCharts (i.e. custom formulas, calculated field/items);
- Creating and utilizing scripting and complex logical functions (i.e. RangeImports, Direct and Indirect referencing, etc.);
- Performing data summary tasks (i.e. VLOOKUP, Index Match, data parsing, array formulas, nested IF functions);
- Navigating the technology landscape and bringing out the most applicable aspects for consideration;
- Working with leaders to translate business requirements into actions and deliverables;
- Understanding of key technologies that support human capital initiatives, including a desire to upskill on new tools and identify process improvements; and,
- Providing specialization and guidance during discovery, design & implementation phases of new technologies, as well as upgrades and enhancements for current and future systems.
