As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

The role will translate PwC’s marketing vision into a strategic roadmap and execute this plan, while driving the GMO’s journey towards a modern marketing organization.
Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement and Marketing & Sales Technology & data analytics are core to this. An understanding of modern marketing capabilities will set a candidate up for success. This position will challenge the status quo and help to set the GMO up for success on its transformation journey.

- Displaying extensive understanding of modern marketing and sales capabilities, ideally in a B2B or services context;
- Developing and executing strategic roadmap for a global marketing organization;
- Developing and executing change management to drive a cultural shift, ideally in a marketing organization;
- Applying agile ways of working;
- Developing and executing a plan on how to use modern technology in a marketing context, (e.g., Generative AI);
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying gaps and supporting the development of a plan to mitigate gaps, using a hypothesis-driven approach;
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives in driving the intended outcomes;
- Developing a stakeholder engagement plan to support the proactive management of key influencers and decision makers across a global organization;
- Developing strategic training plans for a marketing function to build modern marketing and sales capabilities and enable skills such as agile ways of working and data analytics;
- Advocating change, maintaining team morale and championing a growth/ development mindset;
- Developing a compelling narrative that articulates the “what’s in it for me,” driving commitment and transcending across a diverse stakeholder landscape;
- Building and managing collaborative working relationships across a marketing function, Finance, IT and HC teams (including learning and development);
- Navigating complex situations applying firm policies and procedures and where necessary, identifying and managing risks;
- Seeking out different ways to use current and relevant technological advances, specifically Generative AI;
- Analyzing marketplace trends - economical, social, cultural, technological - to identify opportunities and create value propositions;
- Deploying methods to keep up with, and stay ahead of, new developments and ideas;
