This role is responsible for the Corporate Secretariat activities for the Firm, including planning meetings, preparation of minutes, responding to government inquiries and research.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Considerable technical experience: proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel together with prior experience navigating the internet and managing Lotus Notes databases. Preparing Board presentations and supporting documentation; Attending board meetings and recording key points and issues; Exercising judgment in materiality of content; Preparing minutes of meetings for permanent records; Securing management/presenter and respective Board's approvals as appropriate; Managing all internal staff supporting the meetings and organizing the flow of information, including meeting materials and background to and from respective Board members and Committees; Managing special projects: Preparing annual budgets for leadership meetings and update management on costs incurred; Anticipating meeting cost overruns and devising solutions to logistical challenges; Being proactive and responsive with extensive project management skills, especially the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
