What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Administrator position at Pricesenz?
Manager is needing someone with with admin skills. A/R experience preferred but not required. This is an in office role, NOT remote. the hours will be 7:30-4, or 8-4:30 Monday - Fri.
The Administrative/Operations Support Specialist will provide operations support for recovery activities and general office administration. The employee must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and must be congenial with other employees, customers and clients at all times. Provide reception and general office administrative support for the office Open and sort mail and maintain check log Receive and post denials of claims in AR system. Maintain and archive denied/paid claims files Sort and prepare paper claims for mailing and other mailings. Sort and prepare other mailings. Log and prepare work orders, including Cost Avoidance work order processing. Request medical records and other necessary information from providers. Provide administrative and task support
