Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatments
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
