An Outpatient Dialysis Center is hiring for a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in Philadelphia, PA!!
Salary Range Yearly: 62,400 – 107,250
Salary Range Hourly: 32.00 – 55.00
*Compensation offers are based upon education, experience, skills, and geographic region
The Dialysis RN will be responsible for coordinating and providing nursing care, training and education. Will work collaboratively with team members and participants in program development.
Schedule: Permanent Full Time Opportunity. Day Shift. 8 hrs/day. No Weekend Requirements. On Call Requirements: Tbd
Primary Clinical Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Responsible for execution of dialysis program
- Collects, analyzes and records relevant patient health data accurately
- Analyzes assessment data to identify patient problems
- Develops a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes
- Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
- Evaluates patient progress toward attainment of identified goals
- Adheres to approved, research-based practice standards
- Utilizes equipment and materials in a safe and cost-effective manner

Dress Code: Facility will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color
Requirements:
- 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience – Required
- Must be willing to float and travel to local area sites as needed
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to be insured
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License – Required
- Geriatric patient experience – Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience – Preferred (Willing to train on this)
- CNN or CDN Certification – PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date)
- Crown Web EMR experience – Preferred
- BSN – Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
- PA RN License must be active at the time of submission!
