$21.50 per hour

Job Description for a Batcher / Compounder :
- Measure and pour / pump ingredients for mixing product
- Control and monitor speed and temperature of product
- Run quality testing
- Pump out finished product
- Able to lift 50 pounds and be on feet for the entire shift
Skills Required for a Batcher / Compounder :
- 2 years experience as chemical batcher with high weights
- Able to troubleshoot basic pumps and electric / air agitators
- High level of accuracy
- Good math skills (skills testing required)
- High School Diploma / GED
- Excellent attendance
- Excellent punctuality
- Great attitude
- Must be able to understand, speak and write in English
