Human Resource Coordinator Pay : $26-27 / hour

Human Resource Coordinator Shift : 8am-5pm M-F, some flexibility (Maple Grove, MN)

Human Resource Coordinator Job Overview :

The Human Resources Specialist will perform specific HR functions like recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, rewards, and employee relations.

Human Resource Coordinator Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of related experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
• Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Ability to correctly prepare tax reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Experience with accounting software. Peachtree experience a plus
• Experience in Manufacturing and or ERP systems a plus

Human Resource Coordinator

Human Resource Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Recruit, screen, and interview job applicants and place newly hired workers in jobs.
• Prepares compensation and benefits , training and employee relations.
• Prepare bi-weekly time clock records.
• Prepare bi-weekly compensation and payroll and submit to ADP.
• Prepare and submits monthly commission statements for payment with ADP.
• Assists in verification and / or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Provides necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit and legal compliance.
• Files forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
