Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve business objectives
- Protect and manage customers assets
- Provide customers with auto, home, commercial, specialty, and life insurance
- Manage and mentor all marketing employees
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Track and report sales in an organized manner
- Manage and hire staff within the agency.
Requirement
- 1 years of industry experience
- Ability to be a goal-oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic, and leadership skills.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, be intuitive and resourceful.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication / Interpersonal Skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not initially required.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
