The base salary for this position is $35,000-$42,000. May make an additional $8,000 - $15,000 With added commission and bonuses

Responsibilities
- Prospect for business from generated leads / web leads
- Constantly look out for new opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through follow-ups, networking, and objection handling.
- Advise prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Handle objections and win back clients.
- Meet or exceed sales goals as established by management
Requirement
- Maryland Property and Casualty License Required.
- 1 years of insurance industry experience (personal lines, commercial).
- 1 years with phone work (cold calling, telemarketing, collections, outbound sales)
- Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish
- Fundamental knowledge of computer software
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to build relationships and persuade others.
- Persuasive, proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
