Responsibilities
Responsible for bringing new customers to the agency
Grow and leverage your network in the market to cultivate leads, referrals, and build your block of local business partners
Manage overall client relationship; Drive consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction and organic growth
Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate our products and solutions effectively
Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process by understanding, articulating, and delivering the Allstate value proposition and specific solutions customized for each prospect
Be a team player help creatively find solutions to solve problems
Treat every customer like they are family
Requirement
We provide full onboarding and hands-on training - no insurance experience required
You are passionate about helping others and a creative problem solver
Must be a master communicator (in person and phone) professional, respectful, efficient, and compassionate
Ability to use computer, calculator, agency customer system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Technology savvy ability to quickly learn systems and processes
