Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
The purpose of this position is to recruit and hire new loan officers as well as improve the quality of production and sales.
- Assists in training loan officers
- Manages leads and makes sure employees are following up with clients
- Oversees customer relations
- Improves volume, productivity, and quality of sales
Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and telephone protocol
- Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
Supervisory responsibilities
- Assists in managing sales staff and helping with their questions
- Evaluates sales staff performance

Work Requirements

To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e. branch or corporate office location). Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
