Position: Inside Direct-to-Consumer Real Estate Agent (Orange County Location)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Utilize our extensive network to connect with clients nationwide, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Leverage our in-office resources to access a wide range of real estate and mortgage services, ensuring clients receive the best possible options.
- Be the go-to expert in the real estate market, offering clients unparalleled insights and guidance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through calls, texts, and emails, providing top-tier customer service.
- Coordinate and oversee the entire transaction process from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
Goals:
- Develop, nurture, and close nationwide real estate deals with the support of our referral network.
- Cultivate a client base of pre-approved buyers, delivering exceptional service tailored to their individual needs.
- Utilize our in-office resources to provide clients with a wide range of value and unique solutions, setting us apart in the industry.

Compensation: $45,000 base salary commissions. We also cover Realtor Associate dues with OCAR.
