Chauffeur/Driver

The Driver is responsible for transporting the company’s clients and Executive in a professional, accommodating, courteous and efficient manner while providing safe driving and comfort at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Function as the direct representative of the company, providing service to clients which is on-time, safe, professional, accommodating, courteous, efficient and non-intrusive.
Maintain the highest level of appearance for self and vehicle.
Respect client privacy and confidentiality.
Provide a safe, smooth and comfortable ride.
Communicate, to Dispatch, vehicle maintenance and repair needs, as they arise, and document these needs at the end of every shift.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep and ensure that all amenities are fully stocked.

Keep in constant communication with Dispatch reporting anything out of the ordinary such as accidents, vehicle problems, delays or changes, additional costs, extra stops, etc.
Respond in a timely and professional manner to the Dispatcher’s questions, directions and run or schedule changes.

Performance venues and security personal in a professional, accommodating courteous and efficient manner.
Complete run sheets in a legible, thorough and timely manner.
Know the local area and be familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
Seek supervision, from the appropriate authority, in carrying out assigned duties as specified.

Experience

Prefer 1-2 years driving experience driving in the geographic area served by the company.

Ability to follow Dispatch instructions in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Willingness to go above and beyond in anticipating and accommodating client needs.

Ability to solve problems independently in a timely, efficient, professional and calm manner under pressured conditions.

Communication Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend in a manner suitable to the situation. Ability to complete all pertinent forms.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.22 - $29.94 per hour
