Klymen.com is growing WNY cell phone buy back business. We are seeking an e-Commerce Associate for our Henrietta, NY Office to work in a fast-paced work environment. Most of our inbound business traffic is over the web. We are looking for motivated, ambitious, responsible, and committed candidate that recognize upward opportunity comes through performance excellence.

We do not expect applicants to have prior experience in cell phones. We will train the ideal candidate however knowledge of computers, e-commerce, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are a must.

A valid candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, elevate and optimize our current sales. Making shipping lists and shipping labels. It will also follow up with existing orders, talking to customers over the phone and/or replying to e-mails daily. Be customer satisfaction oriented is a must and help with the marketing of the web stores (marketplaces) to promote the brand is also required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies, prepares a receiving report if none is available.

· Attaches identifying tag or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.

· Assembles (Pick and Pack) and fills orders to be shipped to customers.

· Preparation of all shipping documentation.

· Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.

· Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis.

· Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area.

· To accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the cycle count list.

· Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.

· Respond to customers and product support inquiries via email.

· Provide customer, order, and product support via phone.

· Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.

· Ensure products are accurately described, priced, and marketed while increasing brand awareness and visibility.

· Increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions.

· Strategically develop Digital Marketing initiatives related to Loyalty Marketing, E-Mail Marketing and Marketing Automation.

· Implement strategies to boost and maintain product rankings.

· Monitor and analyze products performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.

· Work closely with executives and other team members to efficiently integrate sales optimization strategies.

· Manage future product launches.

· Should be skilled in creating, managing, and perfecting product listings on website and marketplaces, including planning, and creating paid search campaigns.

· Actively monitor all marketplaces daily for accuracy.

· Maintain, optimize, and improve our listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, promotions, deals, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase the exposures.

· Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and delivery of our content, while continuously looking at ways to improve our brand position.

· Identify new digital trends and applications that can increase brand awareness and sales.

Competencies:

· Be able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.

· Solid reading skills – must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.

· Solid writing skills to provide necessary support via email.

· Solid communication skills to provide phone customer and product support.

· Basic math skills and reasoning skills.

· Ability to understand and execute instructions.

· General understanding of the warehouse and footprint

· Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices.

· eBay product posting and knowledge.

· Google Shopping posting & knowledge.

· Social Media Ads (Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram)

Qualifications:

· 2-year Associate College Degree a must (no particular major required), Bachelors preferred.

· Strong PC skills including familiarity with Windows, MS Office Suite, and various Internet browsers (IE, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)

· Good English reading and writing skills a must.

· Good Grammar is a must

· Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

· Attentive to detail is a must.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and keep track of responsibilities is a must.

· Courteous and professional telephone manner along with the ability to deal effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to get along with other team members, accept constructive feedback and exhibit a positive attitude in a team environment.

· Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

· Dependable, proficient attention to detail and a strong work ethic

· Meet background checks.

Physical Requirements:

· Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

PAY $15 - $ 25 per hour. Pay range depends on years of experience and education level.
