Overview

The Sales partners /Dealers are professionals who work alongside a company to promote, sell, and distribute their products or services. They may work on a commission or partnership basis, collaborating with the company to achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan: A sales partner must develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and strategies. They identify potential clients, devise strategies to reach out to them, and coordinate with the company.
  • Build relationships with customers: It is crucial for sales partners to establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, promoting trust and loyalty by offering excellent customer service. They must attend meetings, exhibitions, and trade events to network and connect with potential customers.
  • Generate revenue: Sales partners’ primary objective is to generate revenue for both themselves and the company. Achieving this requires a deep understanding of the product or service and an excellent understanding of the market.
  • Analyze data and sales metrics: Sales partners track the performance of their sales activities and report data and metrics to the company. They analyze data to see where they can improve or if there are any opportunities to increase sales.
  • Communicate with the company: Sales partners must maintain open communication with the company's management team and keep them updated on their activities, progress, and feedback from clients.
  • Provide after-sales support: Sales partners are responsible for providing after-sales support which includes providing assistance, addressing customer issues and coordinating invoice and payment delivery.
  • Attend training: Sales partners must continually improve their skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques and products by attending various training sessions and workshops organized by the company.
  • Manage expenses: Sales partners need to manage their expenses effectively to avoid overspending, this includes travel, lodging, communication and other expenses that may be incurred during the course of their work.
  • Sales partners play a vital role in the growth and success of a company. They bring expertise in the market and enhance the company’s sales volume, while working towards building a thriving relationship with clients


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills – Sales partners must be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service they are selling to potential customers.
  • Good sales skills – Sales partners must be able to build relationships with customers and create a sense of trust to effectively close a sale.
  • Industry knowledge – Sales partners should have knowledge about the industry they are selling in, including any regulations or trends that could affect sales.
  • Ability to work independently – Sales partners should be able to work independently and take initiative in generating sales opportunities.
  • Networking abilities – Sales partners should have strong networking skills, as well as the ability to engage in strategic partnerships with other businesses.
  • Time management skills – Sales partners must be able to manage their time effectively to maximize their sales efforts.
  • Results-driven – Sales partners must be focused on achieving sales goals and targets to contribute to the success of the company.
  • Positive attitude – Sales partners should have a positive attitude towards the product or service they are selling, as well as towards potential customers. They should also be adaptable to changes in the market or business environment.
  • At least 5 year of sales experience,
  • Driver's License (Required).
