This role is vital to the customer experience, online reputation management (through high marks on reviews and social posts), customer service and membership sales. Ideal candidate should have an upbeat personality, a desire to connect and help people, an interest in health & wellness industry, an interest in non-prescription treatments and a wiliness to learn. This is a primary customer facing role, so you must love working with people. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar while directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Front Desk duties including phone calls,check-in/check-out, CRM follow up, visit follow up, med supplies stocking
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service,notifying nurses of customers' arrival.
- Daily opening duties, closing duties and maintaining a clean and organized spa.
- Prepare and distribute written and verbal communications to patients, providers, co-workers, and management.
- Medical documentation in the patient’s record with critical information and notes of each visit
- On-going treatment plan development and presentation
- Membership sales and customer service
- Business Development, Outreach in the community and all social media platforms
- Creating contents for social media engagements
- Establishes and maintains contacts and relationships with referral sources for vitamins infusion therapy and clients, including fitness centers, Sport teams,physicians, hospitals, local business owners in the community and other appropriate target markets in line with the services offered at Prime IV Hydration.
- Implements business development strategies to sell to and secure growth in the business.
- Responsible for seeking local events that align with our brand mission.
- Understand the overall local market, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, sales tactics to generate more clients for the spa
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$20 hourly
Supplemental pay types:
● Commision
Spa Hours:
11AM to 6PM Mon - Friday
10AM to 6PM Sat
