Primer is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support our current recruiting team to source quality talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in representing Primer in the talent market as we go through significant growth.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will have a strong focus on development and implementing strategies to attract candidates for our critical roles. You will be a strong team mate, self motivated and thrive in a fast paced, creative environment. We are looking for excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships to find the right talent.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our current recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers and leadership team to understand requirements of roles and build a pipeline of potential candidates
- Execute sourcing strategies and campaign to attract more talents
- Engage top talents and guide them through our hiring process
- Deliver a great recruiting experience for candidates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sourcing talent experience
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies and engage possible candidates via online sourcing tools.
- Experience working with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders
- Experience screening candidates and engaging senior-level candidates
