WHAT YOU'LL DO   

• Review contract(s) and set up projects.
• Coordinate monthly billing cycle and produce invoices in a timely manner. 
• Prepare special forms and coordinate the backup billing documentation as required by contract. 
• Review outstanding A/R and assist Project Managers with collections. 
• Assist Controller, Division Managers, and Project Managers with WIP analysis, project monitoring, and invoice problem resolutions.
• Assist on project audits and closeouts as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as required.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• BS in Accounting/Finance
• Knowledge of the billing processes in A/E/C industry, required.
• Detailed oriented and quality focused.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to appropriate communicate with both internal and external clients.
• Experience using Deltek Vision, a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, required.
