About this Position ISP MA Service Analyst 2 serves as a Subject Matter Expert with respect to transfers, transaction and work-flow. Additionaly, the MA Service Analyst 2 is responsable for the timely review and processing of Transfer transactions including: incoming and outgoing transfers. Determine if request is In Good Order, communicate what is required to resolve a Not In Good Order (NIGO) request. The estimated salary range for this role is: 43K - 47.5K Responsibilities & Qualifications Analyze all new transfer requests to determine if they can be processed as is or if additional information or documentation is required. Provide timely communication to registered representatives of transfer forms received that require additional information, a replacement form, and/or other corrections. Provide guidance as needed to reps with respect to completing forms and/or resolution options.
