What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Housing Manager position at Primm Valley?
SUMMARY:
Oversee property operations at a housing facility that includes 52 separate apartment buildings and a multi-purpose building that includes, retail market, laundry facility, clubhouse and fitness center as well as a pool.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all Employee Housing Office operations to include leasing process and all required, paperwork and documentation.
- Handle clerical and administrative tasks.
- Issue payment vouchers as required.
- Prepare required reports and distribute.
- Maintain communication with the Housing Coordinator in order to turn over vacant units so they can be re-rented as soon as possible.
- Address tenant complaints and resolve corresponding problems.
- Coordinate tenant maintenance requests for quick resolution.
- Complete forms for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police IDL program.
- Work together with Corporate Legal department to handle disputes as needed.
- Coordinate all projects for maximum efficiency.
- Work with property Security to ensure safe environment for tenants.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous management of multi-family residents
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Driver license
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
