What are the responsibilities and job description for the PrimoHoagies Slicer position at PrimoHoagies?

Slicer Responsibilities:
· Knowing how to properly operate a Slicer is a must.
· At least 18 years of age.
· Slicer should be knowledgeable on all menu items and recipes
· Responsible for slicing, preparing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, rotating and properly merchandising the products.
· Products include deli meats, deli cheeses, produce, hot and cold hoagies, catering trays, and merchandiser side items.
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the station,
· Slicer may also be needed to assist at other positions from time to time.
Slicer Qualifications:
This is a fast paced, high energy work environment. The ideal candidate should have:
· A positive and outgoing attitude.
· A willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.
· A willingness to learn new tasks.
· A willingness to perform a variety of food preparation duties.
· Must be professional, polite, reliable, & provide excellent customer service.
· Possess excellent time management skills.
· Have a good understanding of all food safety procedures.
