We’re looking for a Drop Bury Supervisor to manage a team of technicians responsible for internet, and telephone for residential and business customers, to join our team and help lead their team to connect America.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communications with the customer as well as the drop bury technician
- Handling and tracking of all property damage and locates from start to finish.
- Position requires field inspection, and quality control documentation.
- Coordination with drop bury technician, customer, and warehouse teams on material needs (including ordering of materials).
- Ensure technicians have work issued and completed in a timely manner.
- Must be organized and be able to create Excel spreadsheets.
- Completes required paperwork, timesheets, vehicle inspection, logs, noting any problems requiring attention of other staff members.
- Receiving and resolving escalated issues with the customer, which will involve email and oral communications.
- Reply and report back to customer on any and all escalations or damage complaints through email.
- Updating of trackers for drops due/past due daily and returning trackers to the customer by the daily deadline
- Assists other Team personnel in the performance of their duties when requested to promote a Team approach to problem solving environment. May perform other duties not listed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must understand design parameters as they relate to RF and powering specifications.
- Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.
- Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Prior supervisor experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work outside in all types of weather.
- Able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day.
