FFS, PPO in a Private Dental Office is looking for the right person to join the team! The practice provides honest, ethical, quality dental treatment and offer a great workplace environment with really great staff and friendly patients
Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidate may be bilingual, a "people" person who excels in customer service, has great communication skills and genuinely enjoys working in the dental field
They must be a self-starter who is honest, well spoken, dependable, and organized
Must be a team player who works well with others
1 year (minimum) of experience is required.
At a minimum the candidate must be knowledgeable with front office protocol, checking eligibility, checking-in, scheduling, billing and treatment planning
Responsibilities
Consult with patient / parent regarding the doctor's diagnosis and recommended treatment, offering alternatives whenever possible
Answer any questions patients may have regarding treatment
Review all financial issues thoroughly and make sure that the patient / parent understands very clearly what their financial responsibility is and pays as agreed
Audit patient charts to verify proper completion of all documentation
Make treatment appointments according to designated procedures and goals, confirming in advance as directed
Confirm that insurance eligibility and benefits have been verified.

Responsibilities and Duties
Be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
Present all Treatment Plans.
Make financial arrangements.
Develop a high level of Patient Satisfaction and create a value for the treatment provided
Motivated to meet monthly production and collection goals.
Exceed patient expectations in customer service
Assisting with scheduling for a productive and fluid schedule
Coordinate specialty referrals
Confirm appointments
Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visit
Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and financial alternatives (CareCredit).
Adapting to our ever changing and improving practice is also a MUST.
Insurance billing( Wiiling to be trained) for different PPO plans
Correspondence with different insurance carrier for EOB response.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator and is able to educate patients about doctor’s recommendation, meet production goals, and help grow the practice.
Experience in Dental Software PRACTICE-WEB is a plus, but we are willing to train.
