Assistant Manager-Deconversion Services

Responsibilities:

Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:

• Identify and analyze escalated issues and provide guidance to team members for resolution. Act as a liaison with internal and external customers and negotiate solutions when necessary.
• Manage a team in a manner that ensures high quality service and foster a culture that supports multiple product lines and meets business goals.
• Instill loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring quality client interactions are taking place.
• Actively contribute to the success of the department by driving results of assigned high-level initiatives and/or projects.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners in order to identify and understand customer and business unit needs and objectives.
• Lead and develop team members, including hiring, training, talent management, compensation administration, rewards and recognition, performance management, coaching and mentoring. Take appropriate and timely disciplinary action.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years related experience required.
• While formal leadership experience is preferred, will consider informal leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must also possess strong interpersonal, organizational/ leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of retirement business and customer service requirements.
• Minimal overnight travel may be required.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $58650 - $114000 / year Additional Information:

Location/Hours: We are open to remote, however, to better service the department and team, if you reside in the Des Mointes, IA area or one of our field office locations, a hybrid work schedule would be ideal.

Standard core business hours with additional hours as work requires.
