Responsibilities:
RIS Finance is looking for a Financial Analyst I to join their team! In this role, you will participate in the maintenance, preparation, and analysis of financial information for the Pension Risk Transfer Valuation Team. Specific responsibilities include completion of financial research and reporting of Group Annuities, calculation of retirement benefits for Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions and Pension Risk Transfer customers, and providing related communication and support to the client service team. In addition, you will spend a portion of your time doing a variety of project-based work!

Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science or related field or equivalent experience required.

Previous internship or work experience in a financial analyst, analytics or related role is preferred.

Experience/Familiarity with Excel (work with formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc..)

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $41650 - $80400 / year Additional Information:

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
