Responsibilities:
Do you have a passion for supplier diversity and sustainability? This role might be for you! As a Program Manager - Supplier Diversity & Sustainability you'll help build and grow our supplier diversity and sustainability programs. You'll work closely with procurement and business leaders to plan and implement various initiatives to build and improve these critical programs. This role requires extremely strong communication and organization skills to build strong community and internal outreach to inform, educate, and garner stakeholder support for both the Diversity Program and the Sustainability Program.
In this role you'll:
- Develop a comprehensive, multi-year communication and execution strategy for the Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Programs.

Communicate passionately with internal and external stakeholders to drive program buy-in and progress toward our annual goals.

Engage in supplier outreach, due diligence, and networking to build relationships and monitor diverse supplier market opportunities. Act as an advocate for all diverse current and potential suppliers.

Lead our Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Program reporting processes to ensure consistency, timeliness, and accuracy of all reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, or other business subject.

6 years working in a Supplier Diversity or Sustainability capacity. Experience building a Supplier Diversity and/or Sustainability Program within the Procurement function.

Extremely strong communication skills with ability to clearly show a passion for Supplier Diversity and Sustainability practices. Proven ability to solidify and grow relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Experience working in a sourcing and supplier management capacity or at least a working knowledge of the sourcing and supplier management processes.

The confidence and ability to interact with senior business leadership to develop joint goals for Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.

Demonstrated experience organizing and leading a diverse group of internal contributors and stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Ability to challenge the status quo and work independently solving problems and challenging/influencing internal and external stakeholders

Ability to design processes and prioritize many competing demands
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $87550 - $172800 / year Additional Information:

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
