Prink Made is a custom fabrication company based in Portland, Oregon. At Prink we aim to partner with our community so that we may bring experiences to people and beautification to spaces. That includes the highest level of kitting, experiential build outs, retail and trade show displays, signage and many types of fabricated and printed deliverables. As a custom fabrication company we embrace the challenge of always creating something new. The Screen Printer position will work on multiple projects of various size, complexity and duration.

**Please note this position is located in the NE Portland, OR area. Applicants must live in the United States. Applicants outside of the Portland area must be willing to relocate or have a method of getting to work.

Scope of Work:

At Prink Made we are looking for a Screen Printer to join our team. The candidate should be able to self-regulate a complex and ever-changing production schedule, and thrive in a fast paced production environment. This role directly reports to the Project Coordinator for scheduling needs and project questions. Each project will require an assessment of material required, and a formal time estimate. It is necessary to remain flexible, organized, and communicative.

As Screen Printer, you will be responsible for executing production needs based on the production schedule. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Operate a manual screen printer to complete customer orders

• Reviews customer order specification information to ensure projects are accurately completed to customer specifications

• Prepares products for customization. This may include tagging and setting up screens to perform specified customization.

• Receive and count inventory for accuracy and check for defects

• Prep and burn screens, mix inks for custom colors

• Be prepared for non-traditional printing on odd size and shape objects

• Utilize previous experience on a new machine, specifically printing glassware

• Communicate schedule and expectations to client manager in a timely, efficient manner

• Review product quality to verify that customer orders are completed to order specifications

• Ensures a clean and safe work environment is maintenance

• High attention to detail in production and documentation

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others

• Ability to organize and manage time effectively under strict timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to question the status quo to improve production efficiency

Experience:

• Production environment: 1 year (Preferred)

• Screen Printing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Illustrator functionality (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
