Position Summary:
An executive assistant that brings their own playbook to the table, a positive and motivating “do-er”, a partner in all things development, growth, and prosperity. This role is imperative to a successful work-life balance for our client who is in a perpetual state of growth.
You will need an unwavering commitment to keeping this CEO on track by establishing communication, expectations and demanding deliverables.
Each day provides new and exciting opportunities and this Executive Assistant will be taking detailed meeting minutes with the purpose of delegating tasks to vendors in order to maximize the focus on business development.
This role is ideal for an outcome-driven, autonomous Executive Assistant, an all-in human who is willing to take on projects and outcomes of any size- ensuring the team gets holiday gifts, picking up that specialty order, or even scheduling a family getaway.
Ensuring personal estate matters are handled in a timely manner such as vendor management, household-related projects, and staff management will be a significant aspect to this position so the ideal candidate must be comfortable going into the executive's home and must act with discretion.

- Vendor management
- Travel planning including fully planned itineraries
- Meeting notes and deliverables
- Calendar management
- Gatekeeper
- Inbox management
- Event Coordination
- Local client support
- Data based decision making
- Project management
- Appointment scheduling
- Household errands (grocery and supply shopping, bills, messages, sorting shipments, and mail, coordinating with dog sitter/walker)

- MSOffice expert
- Organizational skills
- Process implementation experience

- Vehicle and proof of insurance are required
Compensation Details:
- $65K DOE
- 100% company-paid health, dental, life, and vision

The role requires at least 5 years (preferably 7 years) of onsite Executive Assistant experience.
