Delivery Driver

Prishaan & Priyam Logistics, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and eager team players that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are dedicated to ensuring our employees feel appreciated and acknowledged for their performance.

This will be a temporary delivery driver position. You would be responsible for operating an electric or gas company vehicle to deliver packages for Amazon customers.

Delivery Driver Position

• Start Time: 10:45 am
• Estimated End Time: 8:45 pm
• Station: Amazon DOB7 - 35 National Dr. Glastonbury, CT 06033
• Pay Rate: $21.25/hr
• Job Type: Temporary
• Open Availability: Must include 1 weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Work Week: 4 days
• Shift: Scheduled for 10 hours (End time may vary)
• Hours: Up to 40 hours
• Experience: Driving experience is a plus

Requirements for Delivery Driver

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must successfully pass a Background Check
• Must complete and successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report

Key Responsibilities for Delivery Driver

• Punctual reliability
• Work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, light, dark)
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and to communicate with supervisor
• Complete deliveries in a timely manner
• Organize packages into delivery vehicle
• Follow all state laws, road, driving regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
• Follow proper lifting sequence to lift package up to 50 lbs
• Exit/enter vehicle repeatedly using 3-points of contact
• Communicate effectively with support and management team
