What is the Financial Analyst Role?
As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for leading all forecasting, sales operations, and metrics management for the company as well as presenting essential insights & recommendations to the CFO and executive team. In addition, this position will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. You will also work closely with the Controller, Human Resources Generalist and Office Manager.

What would my day look like?
- 30% Budgeting and forecasting
- 40% Driving internal KPIs
- 20% Sales Operations / Sales Contracts Management
- 10% Other
What is the nature of the team I will work with?
You will be a member of the Administration team which consists of the Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Human Resource Generalist, and Office Manager.
What would be my specific responsibilities?
- Gather the required information and maintain the cash and ARR model on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Responsible for the development and management of the yearly annual budget.
- Create and maintain quarterly forecasts by leveraging advanced models.
- Assist the Controller in producing the month-end and quarter-end reports.
- If and when needed, assist in providing materials to support and analyzed potential M&A opportunities
- Work with CEO / VP Sales to monitor Hubspot, CRM System Usage, to ensure the most current information and customer profiles are up to date including key metrics and contracts.
- Work with the CFO and the various execution / client-facing teams to develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to be used by the teams and management.
- Manage vendor and customer contracts in HubSpot.
- Monitor client contracts and notify team members of pending contract renewals and alert management to those that are at risk of not renewing
What are the skills I must demonstrate to be successful?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong analytical, financial management, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while working with stringent deadlines.
- Must be a high-energy, ambitious self-starter with effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong problem solver who takes pride in producing exceptional deliverables.
- Must be an expert in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
