Pro 2 Pave in Franksville, WI is seeking a talented Roller Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Roller Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating roller equipment to ensure smooth and even surfaces on roads, parking lots, and other paving projects.
Responsibilities :
- Operate roller equipment to compact asphalt or concrete surfaces
- Inspect roller equipment before and after each use
- Maintain proper compaction levels according to project specifications
- Clean and maintain roller equipment
- Work closely with paving crew to ensure efficient project completion
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a roller equipment operator
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Class A CDL (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
