Job Details / Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Coordinator for the CCIU’s ABA-based clinics within schools.
This role involves overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of the clinics, supervising BCBAs, communicating with families, recruiting families and staff, providing training, and substituting as needed.
Hours are full-time, M-F, 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm.
1. Supervision and Support of BCBAs
- Supervise and provide ongoing support to BCBAs leading the ABA clinics.
- Conduct regular meetings with BCBAs to review clinic operations, discuss student progress, and address any challenges.
- Ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices and adherence to individualized treatment plans.
2. Family Communication and Recruitment
- Act as the primary point of contact for families, addressing concerns, providing updates, and facilitating communication between the clinic and home.
- Assist in the recruitment of families into the clinic program, conducting intake assessments, and explaining the benefits and structure of the ABA clinics.
3. Staff Recruitment and Training
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified staff, including BCBAs, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to ABA principles.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for clinic staff.
4. Operational Oversight and Substitution
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics, ensuring a safe, effective, and supportive environment for staff and students.
- Substitute as the lead BCBA in the clinic when the regular BCBA is out, maintaining continuity of care and program delivery.
5. Program Development and Quality Assurance
- Assist in the development and refinement of clinic programs, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to meet the needs of the children served.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the programs through regular assessments, data analysis, and feedback from staff and families.
- Provide supervision and training to BCBAs and BHTs ensuring they effectively implement ITPs and utilize ABA techniques.
6. Collaborative Approach
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and special education teachers.
- Promote integrated services, ensuring consistency across clinic and early intervention settings.
7. Service Provision
Service Delivery : Ensure that BCBAs and staff provide the specified amount of services as detailed in each student's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
8. Documentation and Billing
IBHS and TPL Compliance : Assist with maintaining compliance with required Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) and Third-Party Liability (TPL) specific documentation.

Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active PA professional license (i.e., PA LBS)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for working with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in recruiting and training clinical staff.
- Experience working with early intervention programs and young children with developmental and behavioral challenges.
