ENTRY LEVEL ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Pro Electric is an electrical contractor specializing in design, engineering, and installation services. Our Kansas City based company is proud to have served the Kansas and Missouri area since 1976. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Entry Level Project Engineer/Estimator. QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to become proficient in other construction software applications. Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work on various duties efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.

JOB TYPE:

· Full-time - Mount Vernon Missouri - Office Based

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide support to estimators, project managers, and senior project coordinator

· Review and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings.

· Update bid list daily

· Ability to coordinate and apply for any required permits

· Contact vendors and subcontractors for bid quotes

· Coordinating and communicating between in-house office and on-site activities

· Organize submittals and close out documents for Owners and General Contractors

· Other job-related duties as requested

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:

· High School or Equivalent. Some higher-level education preferred.

· Construction Management and/or Electrical Engineering degree (Preferred)

· Customer service: 1 year

COMPENSATION:

· Starting Salary Range $40K to $50K depending on experience
