Compensation:

$75,000 (Commission Based)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain objective based conversations with prospects, leads, customers, clients and vendors
  • Analyze/review buyer needs and abilities
  • Identifying opportunities that meet the buyer criteria
  • Presentation, Appointment setting and showings
  • Negotiation and coordination of the sale
Qualifications:
  • Valid NYS Real Estate License, reliable vehicle, computer, and smartphone
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Well versed in technology
  • Extremely strong phone skills
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed

As a team, we operate within the realm of real estate sales in residential, multi-family commercial, distressed (ie. estate, divorce, etc), REO/Bank-owned, and short sales. Our geographic markets are in NYC (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx) and Nassau County on Long Island.
