$75,000 (Commission Based)
Responsibilities:- Maintain objective based conversations with prospects, leads, customers, clients and vendors
- Analyze/review buyer needs and abilities
- Identifying opportunities that meet the buyer criteria
- Presentation, Appointment setting and showings
- Negotiation and coordination of the sale
- Valid NYS Real Estate License, reliable vehicle, computer, and smartphone
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent, self-motivated and resourceful
- Well versed in technology
- Extremely strong phone skills
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
