Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- A good knowledge of Pro and Collegiate Sports.
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including record keeping and data entry
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized store environment
