Pro Image Sports is a fun, fast paced, retail environment that is focused on sports and sports fans. As the assistant manager of the store you will assist the manager in; merchandising, hiring and training of employees, maintaining product inventory levels, interacting with customers, achieving monthly sales goals, creating a weekly employee schedule, and creating a positive environment. You will also help in running the store website. As an additional perk, you will be able to attend Seattle Mariners games! The store is open briefly after the games, so you may be asked to work late on those nights (10pm-11pm).
The applicant should have retail experience
The applicant should be interested in local and professional sports
The applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills
The applicant should be able to balance a daily closeout sheet and be able to use the Point of Sale functions
The applicant should have a strong selling aptitude
The applicant should be organized
The applicant should be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
The applicant should be able to motivate others to perform their responsibilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
