Business brokerage and consultant company is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Maryland . In this role a qualified candidate will supports company executives in managing all aspects of a business brokerage portfolio, including marketing, operations and logistic activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- answering inquiries from current and potential buyer and seller
Data entry and filling -maintain records
- Property inspections, showing property to potential buyers,
Perform various office duties,
Write up NDA and sale agreements; fill in contracts and other needed forms. (Training to be provided)
Update Business Websites and Social Media Accounts
- be a point of contact, set up service visits, check on the end result
Manage Utility accounts
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least two years of office support or marketing support experience.
-Previous experience working in office management
- AA Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience or BA/BS degree with at least one year of relevant work experience
- Individual must have attention to detail, ability to prioritize and have “can do” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service driven and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, WordPress
- Ability to prepare written recommendations and effectively present information
The work schedule is somewhat flexible and majority of the work can be performed remotely. Personal transportation will be needed to perform some of the tasks.
