Pro Quality Cleaning is looking for an HR Assistant working in our Exton, PA branch office. Work shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm for a fixed 40 hours per week. Pay is $18 per hour. We are a fast growing, exciting janitorial services company to work for!

Duties for this position include:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct interviews for hourly custodian positions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, reviewing timesheets, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries.
- Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support sales and operations team with staffing and communication.
- Report to HR Manager.
- Assist with misc office duties.
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft office products (Word and Excel).
- Three years of experience in the HR field.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
