Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking qualified Industrial Painters to join the Ashley Industrial Molding (AIM) team. AIM is a leading manufacturer of quality custom molded and painted plastic products and assemblies. AIM is seeking highly motivated individuals with industrial painting experience to join their team.

Shift and Compensation

  • 1st Shift 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday
  • Potential for overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed
  • A paint test will determine the starting wage, $21.00hr

Job Duties

  • Experience working on an overhead conveyor paint line.
  • Experience using paint spraying applicator. 
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Ability to lift overhead, bend, twist, and turn.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
