Job Title : Machine Operator Shift and Compensation : 1st Shift -5am-1 : 30pm - $17.00 / hrbut it is negotiable based on experience and ability to read and understand detailed blueprints and operate the Turret machine.
Located in Middlebury, IN.Pro Resources is currently seeking for a Machine Operator! This company is a distributor of a wide range of aluminum products including coil, sheet, bar, and extrusions.
Great benefits upon hire! Job Duties This Turret Operator will be responsible for ensuring that the machines are set up correctly.
They will also need to adjust the machine to control speed, material feed, and the path of the shape, to produce quality parts.
The machine will punch holes or layout marks in metal sheets, strips, or bars. The Operator will be expected to follow charts that list the machine settings for each type of cut.
We are currently interviewing candidates for a Machine Operator position. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating our punch press.
However, as the machine is still being delivered, you will work in the skid shop and on the crane for the first couple of weeks.
Once the machine is set up, you will operate that as well. Background Profile Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in standing / walking position in excess of eight hours per day.Ability to read a tape measure and basic math skills.
