Job Title : Paint Mixer
Location : Middlebury, IN
Hours : 5 AM to 4 PM, Monday - Thursday
Starting Pay : $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experienceRequirements : Proficiency in English.Basic background check.No violent or sex offender convictions.
4-panel oral drug screening.No specific educational requirements; however, a high school diploma or GED is preferred.Closed-toe shoes required;
safety protection will be provided.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated Paint Mixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with line leads and the paint room to ensure the efficient mixing of paints, topcoats, and basecoats for production.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with line leads and the paint room to mix paints, topcoats, and basecoats needed for production.
Assist with inventory management and the storage of paint materials.Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts and pallets.
Follow quality control and ratio requirements when mixing paint and measuring viscosity.#Goshen
