What are the responsibilities and job description for the COVID / Drug Testing Technician position at Pro Safety & Rescue, Inc.?
The Medical Receptionist/ Drug Testing Technician is responsible for completing work including any of the following; urine sample collections, breathe alcohol testing, hair follicle testing, and saliva testing. This position is based in our new, state-of-the-art drug testing center, with some travel to remote sites to serve our customer base. The Medical Receptionist/ Drug Testing Technician directly with our customers and team members on a daily bases. We are looking for an outgoing, well-organized, and professional individual who can grow with our Pro Safety and Rescue team.
Essential Functions:
- Position requires exceptional face-to-face interaction with donors and client representatives
- Must have a comfort level with following step-by-step procedures by memory
- Must travel to collection sites to complete specimen collections
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the corporate office
- Must be able to present themselves in a highly professional and clinical manner
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Functional computing skills
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to write legibly, daily handwritten work
- Ability to problem solve
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- 1 year or more of medical experience
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Knowledge of DOT regulations (preferred)
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- College experience preferred, but not required
Pro Safety & Rescue, Inc. is looking to fill this position immediately. You must pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record an MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) will be run.
