Temp to Hire Administrative Assistant
Location : Portland, ME
Schedule : Full Time Day Shift
Our client seeks a proactive Administrative Specialist III to join their innovative team!
As an Administrative Specialist III, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their daily operations.. This position offers diverse and meaningful work, requiring independent decision-making and thriving in a fast-paced learning environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior leadership to keep calendars and email up to date.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage inventory, documents, and space within the Innovation division.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and clinical coaches.
- Prepare monthly budget variance reports and handle invoicing.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received through communication channels
Preferred Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative support role required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
