Temp to Hire Administrative Assistant

Location : Portland, ME

Schedule : Full Time Day Shift

Our client seeks a proactive Administrative Specialist III to join their innovative team!

As an Administrative Specialist III, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their daily operations.. This position offers diverse and meaningful work, requiring independent decision-making and thriving in a fast-paced learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to keep calendars and email up to date.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory, documents, and space within the Innovation division.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and clinical coaches.
  • Prepare monthly budget variance reports and handle invoicing.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received through communication channels

Preferred Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative support role required.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
