PRO-VISION Video Systems is looking for a Project Manager to lead the company/client installation projects for our growing company. Job Requirements:
- Manage installation projects across the country from receipt of order through the sign off from the customer
- Understand and be able to communicate about various aspects of installation, 12-volt vehicle upfitting, outfitting of emergency vehicles, interior and exterior cameras, etc. .
- Commitment to maintain customer retention and new service business relationships
- Establish and maintain working relationships and communication with the project team and the client
- Able to work well with and manage the team towards a unified goal of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Must have valid driver's license and the ability to travel by various methods of travel in order to be present at installations as needed
- Must be able to travel throughout the US and Canada, approximately 20% of work schedule
- Must have 12-volt vehicle upfitting/outfitting installation knowledge including GPS and exterior and interior mounting systems experience/knowledge
- Have experience managing projects with exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
