What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, Human Resources position at PROAMPAC?
In partnership with the entire ProAmpac Human Resources Team, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible to maintain, support and enhance the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have responsibility to assist in the execution of HR processes, policies and programs, working closely and taking direction from the Human Resources Manager.

- Responsible for timekeeping and payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
- Provide payroll information, answer questions, explain calculations, taxes and deductions, and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
- Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
- Assist in the Performance Management Process
- Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs
- Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams
- All other duties as assigned.
