What are the responsibilities and job description for the quality Technician position at PROAMPAC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect quality of bags
- Must be able to use the Spectrophotometer/Quality Control Program on a computer
- Must be able to judge color
- Read and understand blue lines
- Check samples every hour
- Continually going from machine to machine checking quality during entire shift
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Must be able to read and understand written directions
- Accurately use a tape measure
- Must be able to write legibly and fill out production tickets
- Must be able to stand continuously for (12) twelve-hour shift
- Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE
Hourly Rate: $20/HR

Shift: 2nd Shift 5 PM-5 AM
Work Environment:
Work primarily is indoors, is not climate controlled, with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection and safety shoes is a requirement. It will be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
